In accordance with the letter of offer dated October 302023 and pursuant to finalisation of Basis for allotment the directors at their meeting held today i.e. Friday December 01 2023 approved the allotment of 22913202 fully paid up equity shares of face value of 10/- Rs. per equity share at a price of Rs. 12/- per Right to the eligible applicants.
