52 Hindu, Muslim couples tie knot together in UP's Moradabad

Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 01 (ANI): 52 couples tied knots in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad under 'Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana' on November 30. 22 Muslim and 30 Hindu couples were wedded off together on the same platform at Nehru Yuva Kendra. All the 52 brides received Rs 20,000 bank cheque under the mass marriage scheme. The couples received daily use items worth Rs 10,000 as dowry. Thousands of invitees feasted on the occasion.
