Speaking on it, MoS Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju said, "It is up to a country to let others come to their nation and to approve the visa. As far as visa is concerned, it is the right of that country to approve it or disapprove it and we cannot control it. As far as, India and Indian flag is concerned, one needs to take permission from federation to play in the name of India and if any player wants to play in Pakistan under name of India, then he or she needs to take permission from Government of India. It is not right for an individual to play in the name of India. We have not given permission to any Kabaddi player to go and play in Pakistan. We would also ask Kabaddi Association to take action against those who played in name of India without permission."
