"If Akhilesh thinks, I am in touch with the BJP, why doesn't he expel me. He should expel me from the party's legislative unit if he thinks I am indulging in anti-party activity," Shivpal said
Khan, who is currently lodged in Sitapur Jail, has been asked to appear in court on April 30
The BJP scored a massive victory in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council polls on Tuesday by winning 33 of the 36 seats where voting were held through local bodies.
