Ambuja Cements, part of the Swiss cement major Holcim, has posted a decline of 14.51 per cent in its net profit at Rs 250 crore for the quarter ended September 30, compared with Rs 292.44 crore in the corresponding previous quarter. Its net sales during the period rose to Rs 1,401.93 crore against Rs 1,299.93 crore last year, up 7.85 per cent.
