In a bid to promote consumption and propagate inherent qualities of viscose yarn, the Association of Man-Made Fibre Industry in India (AMFII) is set to host 'Viscose Connect 2011', a day long event in Surat on February 25, 2010.
The event will focus on the need for value chain connect seminars on viscose yarn and other benefits in usage of the man-made fibre. OR Chitlange, vice president of AMFII, India is the second largest producer of viscose filament yarn (VFY) in the world. While traders' perspective will be provided by Devkishan Manghani, president of Federation of Surat Textile Traders Association (FOSTTA). The event will feature designers' view being presented by Archana Kochhar and Shaina NC.
