Ansal API plans to build high-tech city in Lucknow

Ansal API (Ansal Properties and Infrastructure) claims to be the first real estate company to get the licence for the development of a high-tech city in Lucknow. Located on the expressway connecting Lucknow airport with Gomti Nagar, the proposed Ansal API Sushant Golf City is expected to be an elite township.

This city, with an area of around 2,000 acres, will offer exclusive golf villas. World-renowned landscape expert Martin Hawtree from the UK will be designing this 18-hole international championship-standard golf course, to be spread over 400 acres.

Ansal API Chairman Sushil Ansal said, "Ansal API Sushant City, Lucknow, is not just a project but a vision, making it not just a desired living space but a tourist attraction as well."

The layout of the first phase has already been approved by the Lucknow Development Authority and work is in progress.

In order to promote investments in city infrastructure, the state government has introduced the single-window clearance system.

It is expected that the township will be developed within five years in three phases and it will attract more than Rs 6,500 crore of public investments.

The Integrated Sushant Golf City comprises residences, a five-star luxury hotel, reputed academic institutions, a state-of-the-art hospital, commercial complexes, a sports academy and a royal palm country court club.

The proposed township will also have 'Ansal Plaza', a destination for entertainment with the presence of multiplexes, malls, clubs, centres of entertainment and one of the best job centres for business and office sectors.
