Toyota Kirloskar Motor announced today that the Corolla Altis has posted record sales since its launch on 5 September, 2008.
In its very first month in India, the tenth generation Corolla has been seen by 70,000 people while 20,000 have enquired about it.
Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director, Marketing, Toyota Kirloskar said, "An integrated Marketing strategy by Toyota has contributed to the success of the Altis. It included Internet Marketing, SMS Campaigns and Mall Displays around the country. The efforts have received an overwhelming response — with sales crossing the target of 2000 cars planned for September 2008."
