Nitesh bags 5-star hotel deal in B'lore

Nitesh Estates, the real estate division of the Nitesh Group, has bagged a project to construct a five-star hotel in Bangalore's central business district (CBD).

According to Nitesh Shetty, managing director, Nitesh Estates Limited, the project entails an investment of Rs 500 crore and will have 300-rooms, a spa, three-four restaurants as well as banquet facilities.

The project is expected to commence in six months and completed in 24 months from that time.
