A special court for economic offences today issued fresh summons against Ram Mynampati, a former top official of fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services (SCSL).
The judge of the special court issued third time the summons against Mynampati, who is said to be staying in United States, in connection with a case filed by Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).
Of the 11 accused by the SFIO, B Rama Raju, Vadlamani Srinivas and firm's ex-secretary G Jayaraman appeared in the court today while counsels for seven others including former chairman of the company filed vakalats.
The judge for Special Court for Economic Offecnes posted the case to February 11.
The SFIO has filed a petition in the court last month against 11 accused on various charges including fudging of balance sheets, deceiving shareholders, taking huge benefits and dividends as directors, and showing as paid unpaid dividends.
