Sintex Industries buys 30% in DCPLBS Reporter / Mumbai December 13, 2010, 14:13 ISTAhmedabad-based Sintex Industries today said that its subsidiary Sintex Infra Projects has acquired 30 per cent in Durha Constructions (DCPL).As part of the agreement with the owners of DCPL, Sintex can acquire majority stake in the latter by the end of March 2011, it said.
