If you think, Tivoli Garden Resort is just another farmhouse where the affluent hold their cocktail parties and wedding ceremonies, think again.

For Rohit Gupta, chief executive officer of Rs 100-crore Tivoli Group, has converted the Tivoli Garden property into a resort facility.

And the seven-acre, 35-room Spanish architecture-inspired property on the outskirts of Delhi on the Chattarpur Mandir Road, is only the first resort hotel that the group is planning.

According to Gupta, T G Leisure & Resorts, the group company that controls and manages the property, has a Rs 100-crore outlay to develop two more sites
