Tata Interactive Systems (TIS), one of the pioneers in e-learning and simulations, has announced a new learning format for companies called the 100 Seconds Learner.
These learning nuggets are short capsules of information dealing with banking services, soft skills and behavioral related concepts which can be accessed by any smart device, namely PC, Laptops, tablets and smart phones.
These 100 Seconds Learner also known as 'learning nuggets' have been designed and created by veteran e-learning professionals at TIS which are simple and user friendly. Training professionals can broadcast these short but powerful learning nuggets, from a broadcast console designed by TIS.
At present, TIS has ready-to-deploy nuggets for personal effectiveness training, communication training, banking services training and it is has the capability to create customized nuggets for its clients based on content the client provides.
Rajesh Jumani, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Sales said, "The e-learning nuggets have become very popular especially with the marketing professionals as they can use these nuggets to explain to their mobile workforce the new marketing strategies and advertising for their products.
The popularity stems from the fact that these nuggets are engaging, interactive, multimedia enabled with animations and videos; and information in just the right size and the right time."
