Transaction worth Rs 193 cr to be completed in coming weeks

Infiniti Retail Limited, a 100 subsidiary of Tata Sons which runs Croma outlets, today announced that it is acquiring Woolworths Wholesale (India) Private Limited for Australian $35 million (Rs 192.50 crore).
Croma had sourcing agreement with Australia’s Woolworths for Indian operations.
The transaction, which will complete in coming weeks, was announced by Ajit Joshi, Managing Director & CEO, Infiniti Retail Limited and Mr. Ramnik Narsey, India Chairman, Woolworths Limited.
