The Karnataka government on Wednesday said that a consenus had emerged between it and private medical, dental and engineering college managements on evolving a fee structure, but seat sharing row continued to dog them.
 
"This year for the first time the government and private college managements on Wednesday held cordial discussions towards ending the cet tangle and it is a first step forward," minister for industries P G R Sindhya told reporters after the meeting chaired by chief minister N Dharam Singh.
