Mixed Response To Vhp Bandh

The Vishwa Hindu Parishad-sponsored Gujarat Bandh yesterday evoked a mixed response in Ahmedabad and elsewhere in the state. Except for a few stray incidents of stoning on state transport buses and arson since early morning in Gujarat, the overall situation was peaceful throughout the state.
