Allahabad Bank Eyes Tie-Up With Mutual Fund

Allahabad Bank will be selling mutual funds through its 300-odd retail boutiques and branches and is on the lookout for a tie-up with a mutual fund.

Top bank officials said it was likely to reward its new shareholders with a dividend. Analysts have put the figure close to 8 to 9 per cent this year. The share issued at Rs 10 are ruling at Rs 14.50p two months after peaking at Rs 18.
