YV Reddy, the RBI governor, is meeting the top bankers today to discuss policy issues ahead of its monetary policy review scheduled on October 30.Sources close to the development said that Reddy is likely to discuss on high levels of surplus cash in the banking system resulting from large capital inflows and central bank's role to cap the appreciating rupee, which could pose inflation risks.The top bankers are likely to attend the meeting includes State Bank of India, chairman O P Bhatt and ICICI Bank chief K V Kamath.
