A Parasuraman, James McLamore Professor of Marketing, University of Miami, US, will offer managerial insights for achieving marketing excellence in technologically-driven business environments at two seminars.
 
The talks will be held in Mumbai and Bangalore on December 22 and 23, respectively. The seminar is being organised by Innovative Media, a Bangalore-based customer and knowledge management company, and will be sponsored by logistics specialists DHL.
 
The theme of the seminar is "Techno-ready marketing and services: Getting and keeping customers in the new age".
 
It will focus on the marketing of a new product or service, according to different market segments based on the customers' adaptiveness to technology in these segments.
 
Rated among the top 50 management gurus by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, Parasuraman will introduce his Pyramid model.
 
The model aims at maximising the benefits of technology-driven business in all permutations of customer, employer, employee interactions.
