| In Delhi, one of the largest consumption centres in the country, last week saw chana spot prices ranging between Rs 2,400 and Rs 2,450 a quintal. The arrival rate in the Delhi mandis currently is 400 tonne a day. |
| "Next week, we expect the arrival to reach 600 tonne and this will push the chana prices down to Rs 2,250-2,300 a quintal," said a Delhi-based commodity analyst. |
| According to Sanjay Darak, a pulses trader in Latur, prices chana would roll back. But, he ruled out any such reverse on the Tur front. In Latur, chana arrivals currently are 600 tonne against the requirement of 1,000 tonne a day. |
