The August delivery moved down by Rs 46 to Rs 4,803 per barrel

Crude oil futures prices declined by 0.96% to Rs 4,759 per barrel today largely in tandem with a weakening trend in Asian trade.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, July crude oil shed Rs 46, or 0.96%, to Rs 4,759 per barrel, with a business volume of 11,686 lots.
The August delivery moved down by Rs 46, or 0.95%, to Rs 4,803 per barrel, with a turnover of 1,051 lots.
Marketmen said the fall in crude oil futures prices was mostly in line with a weakening trend in Asian trade after weak Chinese trade figures suggested the economic slowdown in the world's second-largest crude consumer is deepening.
Meanwhile, crude oil for delivery in August was down 98 cents to $85.01 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
