Sensex surges 82 pts; TCS, Tata Motors move up

 Tata Motors has vaulted 5.84% (Rs 29) to Rs 530. While Bajaj has added 1.22% (Rs 18) to Rs 1,465, after trading lower till early noon trades, Maruti is still up a per cent (Rs 5) at Rs 498.

SBI has advanced 1.65% (Rs 13) to Rs 802, while ICICI Bank has shed more ground to Rs 523 - down Rs 11 or 2.12%.

Hindalco has surged 1.98% (Rs 25) to Rs 1,290. While Tisco has gained 2.41% (Rs 9) to Rs 373, Tata Power is up 1.57% (Rs 6) at Rs 410.
