Alanis Morissette is planning to adapt her album 'Jagged Little Pill' for a Broadway musical, it has revealed.
The 39-year-old singer-songwriter said that she looks forward to take the heart of 1995 breakthrough album, and expand its story, flesh it out into ever deeper layers of emotionality, specificity, humanity, power, physicality, spirit and fabulism, CBS News reported.
She added that she is keen to collaborate with Vivek and Tom and their whole inspiring team to create something greater than the sum of their parts.
Though no story is yet written, a workshop has been planned for next year for the Broadway show.
