Following the shameful act of throwing a street kid out of a McDonalds restaurant in Pune, McDonalds India on Saturday said that appropriate action would be taken in case of any act of breach.
"We shall be examining if our employees have in any manner breached basic courtesy and respect and take appropriate action," McDonalds India reported.
It further asserted that it treasures and respects everyone equally and does not support any discrimination.
"We wish to affirm that we treasure and respect everyone in equal measure and do not support any form of discrimination," it added.
The venture also confirmed that it would probe the issue internally.
"We are investigating internally an issue that has been reported on an incident involving a street child,"- McDonalds India.
