BBC news channel recently made a major blunder with their subtitles when they welcomed the Chinese New Year of the "whores" instead of the "horse".
A viewer took a screen grab of the mistake before it was picked up on social media, Metro.co.uk reported.
While one asserted that the BBC got a bit confused about the year, another joked that based on BBC Subtitles it should be an interesting New Year.
