At ISE 2019, Crestron, a global leader in workplace technology, demonstrated workplace communication solutions powered by its strategic partnership with Appspace.
The easy-to-deploy combination of Crestron hardware and the Appspace® communications publishing platform makes it possible to keep employees and guests informed and engaged via digital signage, collaboration displays, and information kiosks.
Additionally, Crestron® 7" and 10" TSW touch screens can natively run Appspace scheduling software, which links to digital signage and kiosks to provide wayfinding for employees. Crestron demonstrated these workplace communication solutions in Hall-2, Stand C20 at ISE 2019, 5 - 8 February.
"The way people work today is changing," said Nic Milani, Executive Director, Commercial Product Marketing at Crestron. "Appspace and Crestron are part of this shift in the workplace experience. From guest check-in, to real-time displays, we make it easy to clearly communicate with your employees and guests."
Keeping employees informed and connected
Crestron hardware plus Appspace software empowers employees by making the information they need readily available, and by making collaboration, room scheduling, and wayfinding easier. Work teams stay informed and engaged with the latest company news, announcements, dashboards, reports, and social activities on displays in common areas or huddle spaces driven by Crestron AirMedia® wireless presentation technology.
Inside conference rooms powered by the Crestron Flex M150 tabletop conferencing system, corporate communications can be easily displayed when the spaces aren't in use. The same hardware can also be used for presentation and digital signage, with convenient AirMedia 2.0 wireless connection information shown at the bottom of the room display. Additionally, employees can browse directories and access wayfinding, conference room availability, and other services via easy-to-use touch-enabled displays.
Elevating the guest experience
The integration of Crestron and Appspace technologies is equally impactful for corporate guests, providing informative and engaging digital signage in waiting areas, along with a swift "self-service" kiosk solution for visitor registration, issuance of security badges, and wayfinding.
