The ex-wife of a soldier who claimed that SAS murdered Princess Diana will reportedly sue the Ministry of Defense.

The former wife will move them to court as they failed to take action against her husband, known as Soldier N, who alleged abused her physically and mentally for years, Daily Star reported.

The woman, identified as Mrs. N, had described in letters to Chief of the General Staff Sir Peter Wall in February 2012 that she have been physically, verbally, psychologically and financially abused by her husband.

General Wall had responded two weeks later that he was very concerned to read her allegations against her estranged husband and her fears for her safety and have been in touch with his regiment to see what measures could be taken.

Mrs. N's lawyer Simon Mckay recently said last that the claim will be based on the Ministry of Defense's failure to properly protect her after she reported Soldier N's criminal conduct to the SAS.

An Army spokesman said that they have support systems in place for soldiers and their families and they could turn to a wide range of sources for assistance, such as Army welfare services, where there were specially-trained people to guide Service families through difficult times.
