The first teaser trailer of Angelina Jolie's upcoming movie, 'Maleficent', was recently released by Disney.
In the Robert Stromberg-helmed fantasy film, the mum-of-six plays a villain - the self-proclaimed 'mistress of all evil', Metro.co.uk reported.
Jolie's character starts out as a pure-hearted woman in the film, who is trying to protect her kingdom from an invasion, but a betrayal turns her into a vengeful woman and she puts a curse on the invading kingdom's princess, whom Maleficent reveals herself to in the trailer.
The movie, which also stars Elle Fanning, Peter Capaldi and Sharlto Copley, will hit the theatres in May 2014.
