Vladimir Putin's stay at the Hilton hotel in Brisbane during the G20 summit was reportedly accompanied by extreme security measures for the Russian President.
According to News.com.au, staff members at the Hilton hotel, where the President stayed during the G20 summit, spoke about the extreme security measures and "intense" preparation that went into every move the President made.
An unnamed hotel staff said that "it was pretty intense but extremely exciting" and took security measures to a "whole new level".
The report said that security was present at all stations of the hotel 24 hours a day, with staff at service to prepare food for Putin and his entourage, which was first tasted by someone to make sure the food wasn't poisoned.
