Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas welcomes Veena Sivaramakrishnan as partner

Veena Sivaramakrishnan has joined the partnership of the Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co's Mumbai office and will be part of the Firm with effect from 25 August 2017.

Welcoming Veena to the Firm, Mr. Shardul S Shroff, Executive Chairman, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co. said, "Veena, joins us a partner who will strengthen and help expand our expertise and reach in the Banking, Restructuring and IBC practices. She is a great value add to our team as she brings her considerable experience of over 13 years in a Tier I banking firm and ICICI Bank, both in India and abroad. We are delighted to have her join us."

Veena has over 13 years of experience in advising clients in the Banking, Restructuring and Financial Services domains. After her graduation from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University, Hyderabad, Veena worked with Juris Corp, and also spent some time at Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP. She worked with ICICI Bank asan In-house counsel before returning to Juris Corp as a Partner.
