The Lalit Modi issue figured in the Rajya Sabha for the second day today with both the opposition and the government sticking to their stands.

The House witnessed an unprecedented uproar with the Congress demanding that nothing short of the resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, will satisfy them.

Leader of the House, Arun Jaitley insisted that a discussion should first take place. Amidst noisy scenes, the House was adjourned twice for 15 minutes each.
