Ashok Leyland delists from Madras Stock Exchange

With effect from 25 September 2014

Ashok Leyland annouonced that pursuant to the decision of the Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) to seek voluntary surrender of recognition and exit as a stock exchange (as MSE did not meet the SEBI criteria on annual turnover), the Company had applied for voluntary delisting of equity shares from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE).

The Listing Committee of MSE approved the same and confirmed that the name of the Company has been removed from the list of Listed Securities of MSE with effect from 25 September 2014.
