Board of Equitas Small Finance Bank approves issue of 4.74 crore shares

Equitas Holdings announced that the Board of the Company 's Subsidiary, Equitas Small Finance Bank at its meeting held on 06 December 2019 has approved the issue of 4,74,58,239 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 52.68 per equity share ( including a premium of Rs. 42.68 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 250 crore, by private placement for a stake of 4.51% in the post issue paid- up share capital of the Bank.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
