At meeting held on 23 July 2015
Precision Wires India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 July 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following business:1. Sub Division of Equity Shares from the existing face value of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share to Rs. 5/- per Equity Share, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM, held as on a Record Date to be determined and alter the Capital Clause i.e. Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Board approved the sub-division in order to increase the liquidity of its shares.
2. Adoption of New Set of Articles of Association of the Company.
