Central Board of State Bank of India to consider raising equity capital
On 22 October 2018
The Central Board of State Bank of India will meet on 22 October 2018 to consider the following enabling resolution -To raise equity capital during FY19 from the market by way of FPO/QIP/Preferential allotment/ Rights lssue/any other mode or a combination of these, to be decided at the opportune time subject to the approval of shareholders, Reserve Bank of lndia and Government of lndia.
