Cyient announces change in directorate

Board of Cyient does not recommend final dividend for FY 2015-16

Cyient announced that John Wiedemer has been appointed alternate director to Thomas Prete. Dr. Jayant Sabnis was the alternate director earlier.

The board also decided not to declare any final dividend for the year 2015-16.
