Hindustan Unilever allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Hindustan Unilever has allotted 2175 equity shares of Re 1 each under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to 216,38,70,822 shares and the issued capital has increased to 221,69,89,798 shares.
