PC Jeweller allots 7.03 cr equity shares on conversion of loan

PC Jeweller has allotted 7,03,30,000 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an issue price of Rs.30/- per share to Shri Bairam Garg (Promoter), on preferential basis, towards conversion of loan extended by him to the Company to the extent of Rs.210.99 crore.
