SMS Lifesciences India announced that Pavan Pise has been relieved the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company at the closing hour of 22 January 2020. N. Rajendra Prasad will act as designated officer of the Company till the Board appoints a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
