Tata Steel, Promoter Company, has completed the open market sale of 4,51,000 equity shares of Tata Steel Long Products (Company), during the period 23 November 2020 through 27 November 2020.Pursuant to the aforementioned sale, Tata Steel now holds 74.91% (3,37,86,521 equity shares) of the equity share capital of the Company and the Company is in compliance with the minimum public shareholding requirements.
