Vaibhav Global allots 1.40 lakh shares under ESOP

Vaibhav Global has allotted 1,40,995 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each on 28th July, 2021 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under VGL Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,66,97,750 consisting of 16,33,48,875 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
