Vardhman Acrylics standalone net profit rises 40.89% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 12.96% to Rs 89.62 crore

Net profit of Vardhman Acrylics rose 40.89% to Rs 8.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 5.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 12.96% to Rs 89.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 102.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 10.74% to Rs 29.83 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 33.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 17.36% to Rs 411.61 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 498.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
