India's Navjot Channa entered the pre-quarterfinal of the men's 60kg judo event in the 17th Asian Games defeating Kuwait's Abdalla Almaraghy at the Dowon Gymnasium here Saturday.
The 30-year-old Channa won by scoring an Ippon, which is awarded for a technique which involves kicking the head of an opponent or throwing down the opponent, against the 24-year-old Almaraghy.
