Brazil still seeking 'way of playing' under Tite: Augusto

Brazil's football team is still looking for "a way of playing" under new head coach Tite, according to midfielder Renato Augusto.

Former Corinthians coach Tite replaced Dunga after the Selecao's group stage elimination from the Copa America in June, reports Xinhua.

The 55-year-old began his tenure in charge with World Cup qualifying victories against Ecuador and Colombia last month.

"The most important thing is to find a way of playing," Beijing Guoan midfielder Renato told reporters here on Sunday.

"We still need to make some corrections, like at set pieces for example, where players are used to what they do at their clubs."

Renato was one of the first footballers to arrive in Brazil ahead of the team's World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Venezuela.

The Selecao is currently second in the South American zone qualifying standings with 15 points from eight matches, one point behind Uruguay.

"We aren't thinking about leading (the standings)," Renato said. "We are thinking about our next match. Later we can think about that."

The Selecao will host Bolivia in Natal on Thursday before confronting Venezuela in the Andean city of Merida five days later.
