After holding over 100 public meetings in all the 70 assembly segments in Delhi ahead of the Feb 7 polls, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal Thursday visited his New Delhi constituency on the last day of campaigning and interacted with voters.

Kejriwal went to at least 15 localities during his road show, which began at 11 a.m. from Kalibari area.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief had defeated three-time chief minister Sheila Dikshit in this constituency by 22,000 votes in the 2013 elections.

"The public saw us in 49 days... they want us for five years now," Kejriwal said while sitting in his car in Sarojini Nagar locality.

He was accompanied by other leaders and supporters who distributed pamphlets to the people.

Kejriwal also asked people about their difficulties and problems. At a few places, he walked and appealed for votes.

Areas like Lodhi Colony and South Avenue were also part of his campaign. The road show ended around 5.30 p.m.

Kejriwal addressed over 100 public rallies across the capital during the high-decibel campaigning.

Delhi electors will vote Feb 7 for a 70-member assembly. Results will be announced Feb 10.
