KJo to start 'Koffee With Karan' in December (Movie Snippets)

Gear up for some more celebrity chats, gossip and revelations as filmmaker Karan Johar is ready to soon bring back his popular "Koffee With Karan" show on the small screen.

"'Koffee With Karan' will be on air in December. I will start shooting for it in December," Karan told IANS here on the sidelines of the South Africa India Film and Television Awards (SAIFTA).

SAIFTA was held Friday, and Karan hosted the show with Dia Mirza. His inimitable wit kept the show alive.

Siddharth Malhotra experiences fan frenzy

"Student of the Year" star Siddharth Malhotra would perhaps have never known about the female fan frenzy for him in Durban had he not come here for the South Africa India Film and Television Awards (SAIFTA).

A crowd of girls literally went berserk after catching a glimpse of the young model-turned-actor, who made his Bollywood debut in the Karan Johar's directorial.

It was his first time here, and he was happy and pleasantly surprised to see such a fan following.

Siddharth also won the best debutant male award at the event, which was held here Friday night. He even took to the stage to perform on some popular songs from "Student of the Year".

The film not just gave him a slew of advertisements, but also two plum movie projects - "Hasee Toh Phasee" and "The Villain".
