Rane has no reason to crib against party: Maha Congress chief
He had announced earlier this week that he was going to resign from the cabinet
Press Trust of India Nagpur Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Manikrao Thakre today said that the senior leader and Industries Minister Narayan Rane had no reason to complain.
Rane announced earlier this week that he was going to resign from the cabinet.
Speaking to the reporters here, Thakre said the party gave Rane (who had joined Congress after leaving Shiv Sena), a cabinet berth with important portfolios.
His allegation that the high command was ignoring him was not "justified", the state Congress chief said.
If Rane was not content, then he had better approach the central leadership, he added.
