3 stranded Lankan nationals rescued

Three Sri Lankan nationals, stranded in midsea after their boat developed a snag off nearby Kodiyakarai, were today rescued by local fisherman, police said.
The three were being brought to the coast here, they said.
Police said the Sri Lankans were said to be refugees, but further details would be available once they arrived here.
