8-year-old raped, killed
allegedly raped and killed in Dewa area in Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh, police said today.
The girl's body was found in a field this morning, they said adding the alleged incident happened in Mamapur village last night.
The girl was lured by one Bhanu Yadav who took her to a secluded place and allegedly raped her, police said.
Later, he allegedly strangulated the girl, they said adding Bhanu had been arrested.
