Arun 'Mickey' Dogra Cong candidate for Dasuya bypoll

"Congress president Sonia Gandhi has approved Dogra's candidature for the Dasuya by-election," Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee chief Capt Amarinder said.

Dogra is the son of former state minister Ramesh Chander Dogra, who had represented Dasuya constituency a number of times.

The bypoll was necessitated due to the recent death of BJM MLA Amarjit Singh Sahi.
